Medium for bright light and longer run times; 105 lumens,1,450 candela; 76m beam distance; runs 8 hours
Low for extended run times and when a less intense beam is ideal; 20 lumens; 280 candela; 33m beam distance; runs 36 hours - Solid State power regulation provides maximum light output throughout battery life
